Orange Extends Partnership with OL Lyonnes

Paris, July 31st, 2026 – Orange and OL Lyonnes announce the extension of their official partnership, first launched in December 2024. The renewed agreement continues seamlessly and includes an enhanced in-stadium visibility package. The renewal was facilitated by SPORTFIVE, the international sports marketing agency.

As part of this renewal, Orange will strengthen its presence alongside OL Lyonnes through an expanded activation programme. In particular, the Orange Football Challenge will receive greater exposure, with 11 activations scheduled this season, up from just two under the previous agreement. These activations will take place at half-time during Arkema Première Ligue matches at Groupama Stadium.

Orange will also deliver three webinars to train coaches and educators in digital best practices, benefiting both the OL Lyonnes amateur football network and the OL Academy.

In addition, Orange and OL Lyonnes will strengthen their commitment to amateur women's football by organising dedicated tournaments for partner clubs. Beyond the sporting side, these events will raise awareness among young female players about cyberbullying and digital best practices. Participants will also have the chance to attend an OL Lyonnes match and experience the atmosphere of top-level women's football up close.

Through this partnership, Orange and OL Lyonnes share a common ambition: to help women's football shine and reach new heights, driven by the values of integrity, solidarity and respect. This renewal reflects Orange's ongoing commitment to equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion, and digital education.

Laetitia Orsini-Sharps, Directrice Grand Public Orange France: ”This renewal reflects the strength of our partnership with OL LYONNES and our shared commitment to making women’s football a platform for performance, visibility and positive social impact. Through concrete initiatives both on and off the pitch, we aim to continue supporting players, grassroots clubs and future generations.”

Vincent Ponsot, Directeur Général OL Lyonnes: “We are delighted to extend our partnership with Orange, which reflects a strong mutual trust and a shared ambition to make women’s football a powerful driver of progress. This collaboration comes to life through concrete initiatives, from the Orange Football Challenge and our grassroots club programmes to awareness campaigns promoting responsible digital use and combating cyberbullying. Together, we aim to create even more opportunities for young female players, enhance the visibility of women’s football and contribute to its sustainable development.”

Xavier Oddone, Directeur Général chez SPORTFIVE added: “This renewal confirms the strength of the partnership between Orange and OL Lyonnes, built over several seasons of collaboration. The enhanced Orange Football Challenge programme responds to a clear objective: to provide the brand with greater visibility during key moments of the match. SPORTFIVE’s role is to support this type of long-term agreement, ensuring value and benefits for both parties.”
